The summer league is linear, starting with a Premier league and moving down as far as is necessary. Ideally a division will consist of 6 teams but this is dependant on the number of entries for the season in question. Promotion and relegation is ostensibly 2 up ad 2 down but again is dependant on entries; teams not re-entering and have the bottom division with enough teams.

The winter league is as the summer except:

  • After division one the league splits into two legs.

  • Promotion and relegation is the same except that only one team from 2A and one from 2B is eligible for promotion.

  • Teams gaining promotion from the A leg do not automatically go up into the next level A division; for instance clubs with two teams in that division would be avoided if possible.

A sub-committee meets pre season to discuss and confirm promotion and relegation.
